WHEAT HAMBURGER HASH 2 cups
cooked whole wheat,
ground Combine wheat, onion, bouillon, and garlic powder. Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a medium to large skillet. Brown wheat mixture in oil on medium high heat breaking it into small pieces while it cooks. When browned and lightly crisp stir in soy sauce. Add 1 tablespoon of oil and shredded potatoes. Cook and stir until potatoes brown. |
