Records are an important part of preparedness. They are for you and for others. They are for our financial health, our physical health, and our mental health in times of emergency and/or stress. Good records will help you survive an emergency much more easily whether it’s an evacuation, a death in the family, a flood, a temporary change in who manages the home, a health emergency, or any number of personal or natural disasters.
Forms take time to fill out but, when they are needed, they save a lot of time and frustration.
The forms in this section include a comprehensive legal, financial, and medical record; an abbreviated version of the comprehensive form for your emergency kit; a medical history; and a method for keeping your home running when the primary home manager is not there.
Good records are for us now and for others now and later. Make the time to search for information, gather, and record it.
