HERB SEASONED QUINOA
1 can (14 ounces) chicken broth Combine broth and rinsed quinoa in a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer 15 minutes or until liquid is absorbed. Remove from heat. Stir in oil and herb blend. Cover and let sit for 5 minutes. Fluff with a fork before serving. Serves 4. |
